Basic file instructions:
Files created in Photoshop should be sent as a flattened .jpg
Files created in Illustrator should be sent as an unflattened (layered) .pdf with text outlined
Files are printed in CMYK
If you have specific PMS colors, send the numbers & we will match them as close as possible.
**Please note - in offset printing processes, many reds will print out with orange hues
and many blues will print out with purple hues.
If you need a truer red - use PMS 187 / 199 / 200
If you need a truer blue - use PMS 653 / 654
If you need very specific colors when printed, we suggest ordering a prepress printed proof.
Digital proofs will look different of different computer screens.

For clearest prinitng - non vector art files should be sent through (minimum) as:
full size at 150 dpi
1/4 size at 300 dpi
